Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation Policy
FAWW Gallery adheres to a returns policy for defective items. For any returns or enquiries, please contact us via telephone or email – our details can be located on our Contact page.
Faulty Artworks
In the unlikely event that any of the artworks are faulty, we will either refund the total cost amount or send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Artwork Exchange
Should you wish to exchange any items, please contact us and we will endeavour to get your exchanged artworks to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchange item.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day you received your order. To cancel your order, please get in touch with us in writing within 7 days.
If you would like to amend your order and it has not been dispatched, we will happily process payment for the additional items and send all items out together. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to add more items, and you will need to place an additional order.
Will I be reimbursed for any return costs?
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it’s damaged or defective, we will reimburse any charges you incur in returning the item to us (either via a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs – up to 2nd class postage only).
All items returned as damaged or defective will be inspected. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recoup our fees and expenses from you.
How will I receive my refund if my Payment Card has changed/expired?
We process all refunds to the original card used when placing your order. If your card has expired, we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.
When will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds the same day we receive the artworks back. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your card.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely. For prints and frames, you can cancel the order provided we've not commenced production. This typically gives you a 1-hour window after placing the order. Simply reach out to us straight away, and we'll do our best to cancel it and provide a full refund.
What if my item did not arrive, arrived damaged, or I was sent the wrong item?
Our team and courier partners always strive for perfection, but errors can occur. In the rare instance that this happens, please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will rectify the situation by sending a free replacement. As part of our guarantee, if an artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll quickly send out a replacement free of charge (we really appreciate if you can send us some photos of the damage or any other issues). If you receive an incorrect item and want a refund, we will need the item returned, but we’ll cover the postage cost.
In situations where an order has not been delivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts or a customer error (such as an incomplete address or a parcel not collected), the customer will be required to cover all outbound shipping costs.
