Artist Description:
Floating Bstrd is the creative alias of Serbian artist Marko Vuleta-Djukanov, renowned for his vibrant and surreal illustrations that have defined Belgrade’s music scene. His work includes posters, flyers, and vinyl covers for prominent electronic musicians such as Jeff Mills, and Laurent Garnier, blending retro-futuristic aesthetics with influences from ’80s and ’90s design and Yugoslav Black Wave cinema.
Artwork Background:
An original project by Patrik Lazić and Dunja Matić based on the initial idea by Aleksej Bjelogrlić.
“For me, Climax is a story about the thin line in all of us between man and animal (beast), between reason and instinct, and how this line very flexibly shifts under certain circumstances. Also, I am working on this story because I wonder what it is in human nature that starts to destroy things just when all these things are right, when everything is good." Director Patrik Lazić
